3 or Free is valid on the following single vision eyewear products:
- Non-Tokai
- Non-Rodenstock
- Zero power eyeglasses
- Non-powered sunglasses
It is not applicable on powered sunglasses, complex prescriptions, multifocal glasses (Toric/Bifocal/Progressive) and Toric contact lenses.
Cashback (in the form of LK Cash+) can be viewed on your Lenskart app, after you have verified your registered mobile number using an OTP. Simply go to My Profile on the app and click on "Wallet". LK Cash+ will only be credited post 15 days of order delivery.
LK Cash+ will automatically be applied to your next order when you shop with your registered phone number (online/store). It can be used on any eyewear product and is valid for up to 6 months.
At Lenskart, we work hard to ensure that your order reaches you on time. However, in case of national holidays/natural disasters/orders marked to office addresses over weekends, we require 1 additional working day to deliver your order safely.

If the product is not delivered within 3 days, you will receive a maximum cashback of ₹5000 or 50% of the product's discounted value, whichever is lower, in the form of LK Cash+. This cashback is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
LK Cash+ can be only be viewed and availed on Lenskart app. Simply log in with the mobile number used to place the order.
LK Cash+ will only be credited post 15 days of order delivery.
The day we receive your prescription/power details is considered Day 0. The next day is counted as Day 1 of the promised delivery timeline.
If an order is placed after 9 PM, the placement day will be considered as Day 0. The following day will be counted as Day 1 of the promised delivery timeline.
The validity of LK Cash+ is 180 days from the day of credit.
For online orders, the delivery date mentioned will be considered as the date of the first delivery attempted.
For orders placed in stores, the date when said order reaches the store will be considered as the delivery date.
If an order contains a combination of single vision and progressive eyewear, only the product with single vision will be eligible.
If the delivery date falls on a Sunday/national holiday, the delivery will take place on the working day after that.
3 or Free is not applicable on power sunglasses, complex prescriptions, multifocal glasses (Toric/Bifocal/Progressive), Toric contact lenses and contact lenses.
The offer is not valid on COD orders.
Cashback will be credited to your LK cash+ wallet after 30 days from your estimated date of delivery provided you do not cancel or return ,exchange or cancel the order. The exact date can be found in the transaction details under the cashback tab.
It is not valid on the last pieces of any product available in our warehouse.
The 3 or Free validity can only be claimed once a month.
It is not applicable in case of natural disasters.
For Buy 1 Get 1 orders, only delayed shipment will be eligible for cashback.
